Time flies. Our FiT Challenge Season 3 is coming to en end. It is time for us to do the Final Test. Other than the weight, body fat and muscle mass, we also measure the number of crunches, push-ups and fastest time to complete 1.5K run. With the proper coaching and the concept of 80% nutrition 20% fitness to achieve 100% results. All of our challengers improve on their fitness levels. Who is next?
