Time flies. Our FiT Challenge Season 3 is coming to en end. It is time for us to do the Final Test. Other than the weight, body fat and muscle mass, we also measure the number of crunches, push-ups and fastest time to complete 1.5K run. With the proper coaching and the concept of 80% nutrition 20% fitness to achieve 100% results. All of our challengers improve on their fitness levels. Who is next? What a great way to get fit and healthier. Call coach David +65 98318574 to register. We did our bit for The Believe B60 Charity Run and see the result. SGD$51483.75 was raised for the Care Community Services Society. Not a big amount by any means, but for a little known organizer and charity organization, we really felt proud of what we had achieved. If you have a heart of doing a bit for the not-so-well-supported charity groups, let David know and join us the next time.
With the group run, our performance just keeps on improving. Some of our members start with brisk walking, but now can run 4k. Some members have graduated from 4k to 7k. While a couple of the runners are cutting down the time to less than an hour for 10k. All these are in a matter of weeks.
